30 Minutes to Inner Peace | Relax, Refresh & De-Stress
Try our 30 minute meditation to cultivate inner peace through a guided practice. Then you can enjoy the rest of your day with an inspired and positive mind. With regular practice these meditations help us to experience inner peace and mental clarity, and to increase our love and compassion for others.
There are chairs and cushions available and you do not need to wear any special clothing. The session will be guided by a qualified Kadampa Teacher so all you need to do is come along!

Great for students, parents, professional or retirees; everyone can benefit from meditation. Tea is provided, and you are welcome to come early or stay after, and bring your lunch.
