Imagine Being Happy All the Time
Painful emotions such as anxiety, discontent, anger and loneliness can often feel overwhelming and stop us from being able to really enjoy our lives.
Using Buddhist knowledge and psychology we can understand more about our own minds and the unique power we already have to let go of painful feelings. We will learn to recognize some of the negative mental habits that “drag us down.” Then we will explore how to connect with our natural source of power and pure energy hidden inside of our own mind which automatically lifts us up!
Everyone can benefit from this understanding, Buddhist, non-Buddhist, religious and non-religious, because happiness is part of the mind that experiences mental peace…we just need to learn how to tap into that extraordinary feeling for ourselves! Everyone is welcome to this special in-person class!
