Meditation on Buddha’s teachings leads us to an experience of loving kindness and awareness of impermanance, overcomes all obstacles to our peace of mind, solves our daily problems, and ultimately enables us to realize our full potential as human beings. 

Stages of the path, or “Lamrim” is a special set of instructions that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha, structured in a comprehensive way that fits with modern life..By becoming familiar with these meditations, you will enjoy the peace and fulfillment that comes from a spiritually meaningful life. Everyone welcome! 

In this retreat, we will in engage in the Lamrim meditations as presented in Mirror of Dharma.

    Gen Kelsang Gomlam

    Gen Kelsang Gomlam is the resident teacher of KMC Madison and Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center, which is under KMC Madison. She has been studying, practicing and teaching Kadam Dharma for many years. Gen Gomlam’s heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone. Gen Gomlam teaches the majority of the classes offered via livestream which are open to Lamrim KBC students.
