Wednesday Night Meditation Class
Meditation makes our life happy and meaningful & teaches us how to make both ourselves and others happy. Join us each week as we learn methods we can put into our life right now to move our mind in the direction of inner peace. This extremely practical class provides indispensable information for those seeking happiness and meaning in their life.
This design of the class includes a two guided mediations and a short talk. Everyone welcome!
Cost: $10 per person

About the Venue
The Village Theatre is located in the heart of the Historic Village in East Davenport. Follow the meditation sign located near the entrance.
Attendees are asked to refrain from attending if over the last 14 days, they have had symptoms of or tested positive with COVID-19, been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
When attending, please:
- Be considerate of fellow visitors and volunteers
- Face coverings are required within the building
- Social distancing is required. Please follow the instructions of our volunteers
- Chairs within the room will be socially distanced
Karen Miranda is a Foundation Program student and has been sincerely studying, practicing, and teaching Kadam Dharma for many years. She is known for her kind heart and gentle nature, bringing simplicity, warmth, and depth to her teachings.
